Hospital Bracelet Jewelry

This jewelry is made from the bracelet you and/or your baby wore when born in the hospital! It makes a wonderful keepsake for an item that normally would be kept in a book or drawer and never enjoyed! The necklace in this listing is a "dog tag" style, on 36" sterling silver chain - that can easily be cut shorter at home if preferred. The 2"x3/4" tag is sterling silver and is a Ruth Avra original design, handmade by me!

The bracelet version uses the same tag but curves it into a bracelet with the addition of a cuff style and chain (optional) starting at $225 as shown. The cutout portion of the hospital bracelet is preserved in resin.
